All fine, but lukewarm breakfast items.

the location was marvellous and fantastic right in the city center near also to the station and met requirements.

Nothing negative to say.

Appreciated our twin room with a television, 1 double bed plus all basic amenities. The staff was really helpful from the moment we arrived. Our location was perfect and excellent very close to restaurants & pubs.

Excellent breakfast variety with amazing choices available.

Throughout my stay, I was frustrated by the lack of basic amenities, like a kettle or coffee in the room. The air conditioning was more of a problem than a solution, as it struggled to keep the room cool and comfortable. It was disappointing to find out there were charges for bottled water, especially as it was only provided for one guest in a double room.

The luxury and excellent service and centre location of this hotel in the city.Very close to all the lakes in this area - centre point,plus near to Milan close to a railway station. Space available for parking.

Not a complaint but was on the quiet side in the hotel ie not many guests.

We had an air conditioned a single room with a television and a great open view, as example. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to stores and restaurants and Varese

The hotel staff was noisy.

The location is superb, just a short walk to various food joints and the main market. My room was spacious and equipped with excellent air-conditioning, vital during the hot June days. The AC struggled at night was good. While breakfast options were quite basic and repetitive, nearby restaurants made up for it with authentic local cuisine.

Location: the hotel was not far from the the city centre and restaurants, old town and cathedral. Stopped by Bar del Tribunale to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend...

Problems with internet access.

The AC barely worked, making it hard to sleep well at night.

Clean, well located,amazing view from the window, close proximity to the center of the city and very helpful and friendly staff.

I tend not to use chains if there is a small family run alternative - but Best Western is one you can rely on. This particular hotel was absolutely fine.

Do recommend for one night

Convenient location, friendly staff, the room was super clean, with excellent wi-fi and nearby public transport options making it easy to explore the city.

the room was always kept cool due to the airconditioner, and the bathroom was always refilled with sanitary products

The staff at the hotel use the parking on the side of the hotel for their own cars so they do not need to pay leaving the clients without parking space that in turn would need to wake up early to pay the meter

It's location is what really attracted me.
